Information we collect

Contact information: your name, address, email address and phone number.
Project information: details about permits, violations and the related property or business, including documents you send us.
Payment information: card or other payment details, handled by our payment processors.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare a quote and manage your permit, violation or licensing case.
To send you updates, reminders and changes about your case.
To improve our services based on feedback and how our site is used.
To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
To share testimonials and examples of our work, only with your permission.

Information you send through our quote form is used to respond to your request and work on your case. We do not add you to marketing lists from the quote form.

How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted transmission and storage, and our team is trained to keep client information confidential.

When we share it

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us do the work, such as contractors, architects, engineers, payment processors, form and scheduling tools, and legal advisors. They must keep it confidential.
With government agencies when your case requires it, such as building departments and code enforcement.
When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business.

Your rights

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on our quote form or text us, you agree to receive text messages from The Permit Queen about your request and case. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or call (305) 338-6399. You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
