About
We work for the people.
The Permit Queen and All Permits Florida are construction compliance experts. We keep projects, properties and businesses across Florida compliant, from permits and inspections to violations and operating licenses.
Founder and CEO
Elizabeth Castillo
Elizabeth Castillo built The Permit Queen and All Permits Florida around one idea: we work for the people. Too many owners were stuck with the files nobody wanted, the code violations, the additions built without a permit and the permits left open for years, so she made those cases her specialty.
Today her team works from offices in Coral Gables and Brickell and serves clients across Florida, in English and Spanish. The work runs from a family's garage conversion to new construction for hotels like The Setai and Waldorf Astoria, and the promise is the same on every file: you'll always know where your case stands. When permits get complicated, call the Queen.
Through years of experience, our team has built strong working relationships with city and county building departments, and we take pride in our accountability on every client's case.
